Due to the perishable nature of our premium seafood, SEATOPIA cannot accept physical returns once a delivery has been completed. If your order arrives damaged or fails to meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours for a full refund or replacement.
Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Catch
Upon arrival, please immediately inspect your shipment to ensure all items are present and have maintained the proper temperature.
- 2.Document the Issue
If there is any damage to the packaging or quality concerns with the product, take clear photos of the items and the shipping label.
- 3.Contact Support
Email our concierge team at support@seatopia.com within 24 hours of delivery, including your order number and the photos of the issue.
- 4.Resolution Process
Our team will review your claim within 1-2 business days to issue a credit to your original payment method or arrange for a priority replacement shipment.
